My name is Grant Byrd and I have a message for you.  I have a message for you from God Himself.

He loves you!  That’s right.  He sent me from Dallas, Texas to give you that message and to tell you my story.  I grew up in Texas and always went to Church but never really understood why I went.  I just went because I was supposed to.  Then one day a man told me how much God loved me that He sent His only son to die for the things that I had done wrong.  I couldn’t believe that somebody that I had never met could love me that much.  I asked lots of questions and the man explained to me that God loved me but there was something that stood in the way from me getting to God.  That was the things that I had done wrong.  My sin is what he called it.  He said because of my sin I would forever be apart from God.  That is, unless I accepted the gift that God had given me.  That gift was His only son.  He sent Jesus, His only son, to earth to pay the price for my sins.  He loved me so much that he gave his life for me.  That is incredible love.  He paid the price so that I could spend eternity with God.  Then after he died on the cross for my sins and was buried, on the third day he rose up from the dead and lives today.   When he told me this story, I said that I wanted to accept that love.  I wanted to spend forever with God and Jesus in heaven.  He said to pray a prayer that tells God that you need his forgiveness for the sins that you had done.  He said to say with my mouth that I believe that Jesus is Lord and then I had to believe it in my heart.  The Bible says that when I did that, that I became a child of God and forever would spend my life with Him.  

 It changed my whole life.  I started understanding what Church was all about.  I enjoyed going to church now because it made sense to me.  I understood about love because it was shown to be by Jesus on the cross.  I now live for Jesus and tell others about his love for them.  It is the best thing that ever happened to me.  Now my life is full.  I have joy and happiness that most people never know.  You can know this same incredible feeling and love yourself.  All you have to do is believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and pray for his forgiveness.  Is that something that you want to do today?   I came all the way from Dallas, Texas in the United States to tell you this.  Don’t you want to know more?  Check out the LIFE presentation.
