Discipleship

• All youth staff to disciple one student a semester.

  1. Schedule and carry out a 12 week Bible study with one student each semester with approved curriculum.

  2. Present Certificate of Completion upon fulfillment.

• Implement a program to have 25 youth workers discipling / mentoring one student a semester.

  1. Schedule training time for youth workers (offer 2 a year).

  2. Assign students to volunteer adults.

  3. Evaluate after 6 and 12 weeks using prepared evaluation.

  4. Present Certificate of Completion upon fulfillment.

• Develop a program where every new Christian goes through a four meeting discipleship course.

  1. Schedule training time for youth workers (offer 2 a year).

  2. Assign new Christians to leaders within a week of their Salvation experience.

  3. Course must be completed within 5 weeks.

  4. Present student a Bible at the beginning of the fourth session.

  5. Baptist / Church membership must be discussed during course.
