Community

• Develop a follow up ministry for every student that visits.

  1. Sunday School: Every first time visitor receives a card from the Youth Staff, SS Director, and Share Group Leader.

  2. Youth Quake: Every first time visitor receives a card from the Youth staff and the Youth Cabinet.

  3. Every guest will receive one in-home visit through either FAITH or Monday Night visitation.

• Develop a crisis ministry.

  1. Publicize accessibility of Youth Staff.

  2. Develop specific plans of action for crisis (ex: pregnancy, divorce, substance abuse, etc.).

• Develop a proactive ministry to the conflicts within students.

  1. Develop specific plans of action for minor problems such as: breakups, depression, arguments, breaking arguments, and grades.

• Provide opportunities to develop unity.

  1. Use scheduled activities / programs like:
     • S.P.A.M.
     • Tremors
     • Xtreme Camp
     • Trailblazers
     • Youth Quake

  2. Show a sense of unity within our Youth Staff.
