Remember you have to make at least 5 of the 7 meetings or you cannot go. Because we already bought plane tickets, this also means your money cannot be refunded. The cost of the trip is $1,095. Excellence in preparation will be rewarded as follows:
Cost of $925.00 if you:
· Make all meetings on time and stay for duration AND
· Make all payments on time AND
· Turn in materials on time and memorize verses on time
Cost of $995.00 if you:
· Miss only one meeting or
· Turn in any materials late or memorize verses late
Deposit ($300 - Non-refundable) due by April 13, 2008.
2nd payment($400)due by May 14.
Final payment due by June 8.
*Students who have completed 8th grade are eligible to attend only if they participate in Trailblazers Adventure July 11-13.
