Wednesday Night: Make It Great How do you meet with students more than 42 Wednesdays out of the year and still keep that time fresh and full of life? This conference will provide guidelines for all elements of an effective Wednesday night: scheduling, student involvement, fun and games, and the teaching time. Come and learn how to put it all together.

 

 

Scheduling:

Series: Excel Spreadsheet

Plan 4 weeks out, 3, 2 then 1 week (gets you thinking about what is coming up and allows you time to really think through

Schedule (on screen) that we use 

10 minute rule- Plan on being ready to start the service/program 10 minutes before so you can be ready

            Need Volunteers- Help run drama, head media, crowd control, counseling, guests

 

Student involvement:

80% rule- If a student can do it 80% of what you can do then let them do it.
